A community psychiatrist working with homeless people. Philip has developed a training package for doctors based on the Maudsley "Compliance Therapy" intervention. He chaired for 15 years the editorial board for the Public Education Committee of the Royal College of Psychiatrists and continue to edit RCPsych print resources for the public.
