Dr Ché Rosebert is a Clinical Psychologist & Organisational Consultant with many years’ experience of leading and working within adult mental health services and homelessness within the NHS, Charity and Private Sectors. Whether working at an individual, team or whole organisation strategic level Ché has a passion for supporting the health and wellbeing of staff understanding that this is essential not only for staff but also for the people who use services, their supporters and communities.
A former founding Director of her professional body The Association of Clinical Psychologists UK, Ché has contributed to NHS National policy and guidance throughout much of her career. A current joy has been training hostel staff and residents to use East London NHS Foundation Trust quality improvement methods to improve relationships, quality of life and wellbeing for all.
